Arkansas State Parks has announced a temporary trail closure at Queen Wilhelmina. Here is the announcement from the QWSP website:

Trails at Queen Wilhelmina State Park are currently closed due to increased wildlife activity. Please contact the park for more information. 479-394-2863 or queenwilhelmina@arkansas.com
And an ASP tweet added: “Bear sightings due to the berry season. Just trying to keep everyone safe, bears included.”
